Sonakshi Sinha lists Bandra apartment for sale for Rs 25 crore post-wedding celebrations with Zaheer Iqbal

Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha has put her luxurious Bandra apartment up for sale, just months after hosting her wedding festivities with longtime partner Zaheer Iqbal at the same residence. The apartment, listed for a staggering Rs 25 crore, was recently featured in a video by a real estate Instagram account, sparking online speculation.

Fans quickly recognized the property as Sonakshi’s, having previously seen it in an Architectural Digest India feature and in her wedding photos. The apartment, located in Bandra West, boasts a spacious 4,200-square-foot area with a breathtaking sea view. The property includes a private elevator and interiors worth Rs 5 crore.

Saqib Saleem, who resides in the same building, commented on the video, acknowledging his familiarity with the property. Fans also expressed their surprise, with one commenting, “Isn’t this Sonakshi Sinha’s house? Saw it on YouTube,” while another added, “That’s Sonakshi Sinha’s home.. moving out too soon.”

Sonakshi, who moved into the apartment in 2023, had earlier described it as her “home away from home” while still living with her parents. Despite its significance, she now appears ready to part with the property, just months after her wedding. Recently, she was seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi, with the show’s second season already announced.
