The post came a day after India lifted their first-ever Women’s World Cup trophy, defeating South Africa in a thrilling final at the Dr DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. It was the culmination of a dream run that saw the team overcome two-time champions Australia in the semi-final, a match where Jemimah herself was the star.

Her unbeaten 127 against Australia helped India chase down a mammoth 339, the highest successful chase in a World Cup knockout game. Alongside skipper Harmanpreet Kaur, who scored 89, Jemimah guided India into the final with poise and determination.
The pictures, filled with laughter and exhaustion, reflected the team’s hard work, togetherness, and the joy of finally bringing the trophy home.
