Sreeleela charged Rs 2 crore for ‘Pushpa 2’ special song, Rs 3 crore less to what Samantha was paid

As Pushpa 2: The Rule gears up for its grand release on December 5, anticipation is high, especially around the new item song featuring actress Sreeleela. According to reports, Sreeleela will earn Rs 2 crore for her performance in the much-awaited dance number “Kissik,” marking a notable 60 percent cut from the Rs 5 crore paid to Samantha Ruth Prabhu for her famous “Oo Antava” number in the first Pushpa film.

While Rs 2 crore remains a substantial fee, it’s also a dip from Sreeleela’s previous Rs 4 crore earnings for her role in Guntur Kaaram. Initially, Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor was in talks to perform in the song, but her Rs 5 crore demand reportedly exceeded the budget, leading producers to bring Sreeleela onboard.

A recently leaked photo showing Allu Arjun in his iconic orange attire alongside Sreeleela, dressed in a black, intricately designed ensemble, has set social media abuzz. Fans are eager to see their chemistry and the electrifying dance number, which Mythri Movie Makers has dubbed the “Song of the Year.”

Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 stars Allu Arjun, who reportedly secured a record-breaking Rs 300 crore fee for his role, with Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil joining in key roles.
