England bowling legend Stuart Broad has humorously reflected on one of the lowest moments of his cricket career—being hit for six consecutive sixes by India’s Yuvraj Singh during the 2007 T20 World Cup. In a candid chat with former England captain Michael Atherton on Sky Sports, Broad admitted that the over could have been even worse.

Reviewing the footage for the first time in 17 years, Broad joked that Yuvraj could have hit a seventh six if the umpire had called one of the deliveries a no-ball. "I got lucky to get away with a no-ball," Broad said, referring to a waist-high full toss that Yuvraj smashed for six over point.
Broad had switched from over the wicket to around the wicket after being hit for three consecutive sixes, but Yuvraj continued his onslaught, making history in the process. Reflecting on the event, Broad said, "I've never watched it back before, so thank you for the opportunity 17 years on."
India won the match by 18 runs, with Yuvraj's explosive knock helping to secure victory. Yuvraj went on to deliver another stellar performance against Australia in the semi-finals, as India claimed the inaugural T20 World Cup title.
The six sixes off Broad's over remains one of the most iconic moments in T20 cricket history.
