Siddharth has himself dubbed for the Kannada version

The teaser of Chithha starring Siddharth and Nimisha Sajjayan and directed by S.U Arun Kumar was released on September 7th. However the film has now been dubbed in Kannada and a teaser of the Kannada version has also been released. Siddharth has personally dubbed for his voice in the Kannada version as well. The announcement of this update was made by Sandalwood superstar Kichcha Sudeep on his X (formerly known as Twitter) handle.

 “Introducing my dear brother and buddy Siddharth to my Kannada audiences,and more thrilled about him having dubbed for himself.Welcome to the Kannada Film Industry (KFI) my friend and my heartiest wishes,” he posted along with a link to the trailer. 

Director S.U Arun Kumar has previously worked on 3 films with Vijay Sethupathi with 2 of them having done well both among critics and the audience. Chiththa deals with the relationship between the character played by Siddharth and a child that goes through a phase of turmoil. “How far will you go for your child?” the teaser asks. The film will be released on 28th September. 

The Kannada version of the teaser has gathered 878,000+ views and 2.5k likes within 2 days whereas the original trailer had 2.8 million + views and 21k likes in 11 days.
