The court expressed disapproval of the content, stating that such behavior was unacceptable and should not be tolerated. It also dismissed claims that Allahbadia was being unfairly targeted, emphasizing that the nature of the remarks warranted legal scrutiny. While granting him protection from arrest, the court imposed restrictions, preventing him and his associates from creating similar content for the time being.
Allahbadia, popularly known as "BeerBiceps" on social media, has been facing backlash over remarks concerning "parents and sex," which led to widespread outrage. The controversial episode has since been removed from YouTube, and the influencer issued a public apology, admitting his comments were inappropriate.
Currently, three FIRs have been registered against him in Mumbai, Assam, and Jaipur. Authorities in Mumbai and Guwahati reported that he has been unresponsive to attempts at communication. The Supreme Court has allowed him to seek police protection in Maharashtra and Assam if necessary. Additionally, he has been ordered to surrender his passport to Thane police and cannot leave the country without prior permission from the court.
