The expansion comes as the company continues to integrate AI and machine learning into its offerings, such as the SurveyMonkey Genius tool, which uses GPT technology to create high-quality surveys in under 30 seconds. This AI-driven approach aims to enhance both the speed and efficiency of survey creation and analysis.

The Bengaluru office, now part of India’s growing global capability centers (GCCs), has rapidly built a team of over 50 members, with plans for further growth. The team is focused on applying artificial intelligence to enhance product functionality and drive innovation, aligning with the company’s vision of maintaining a strong global presence.

SurveyMonkey’s entry into the Indian market underscores the increasing appeal of India’s skilled workforce, particularly in tech-driven fields. The expansion is expected to boost both product development and customer experience as the company continues to embrace the fresh perspectives brought by its international teams.
