In an electrifying second match of the five-match T20 series, Team India clinched a stunning 100-run victory against Zimbabwe at the Harare International Cricket Stadium. The Indian team, led by Captain Shubman Gill, showcased a dominant performance, setting a formidable target of 236 runs in the allotted 20 overs.

Opting to bat first after winning the toss, Abhishek Sharma delivered a sensational century, laying a solid foundation for the Indian innings. Sharma's aggressive batting was complemented by Ruturaj Gaikwad, who made a remarkable comeback with a blazing knock of 77 runs, featuring 11 fours and a six off 47 balls.

Rinku Singh provided the finishing touch to the innings, smashing an impressive 48 runs off just 22 balls, including five sixes and two fours. Despite the early dismissal of Captain Gill for a mere 2 runs, the Indian team posted an imposing total.

In response, Zimbabwe struggled to chase down the massive target, getting bowled out for 134 runs in 18.4 overs. Wesley Madhevere top-scored for Zimbabwe with 43 runs, followed by Luke Jongwe with 33 runs. Brian Bennett and Jonathan Campbell contributed 26 and 10 runs, respectively.

The Indian bowling attack, led by stellar performances, effectively dismantled the Zimbabwean batting lineup, ensuring a comprehensive victory. With this win, Team India now leads the series, setting the stage for more thrilling encounters in the remaining matches.
