Balakrishna envisions the studio to meet international standards, featuring top-notch facilities for pre-production, production, and post-production all within a single location. If approved, the Balakrishna Cine Studio would bring state-of-the-art infrastructure, potentially transforming Telangana’s film industry landscape.

The Revenue Department has reportedly completed initial procedures, forwarding the land allotment proposal to the Chief Secretary for review. Now, the cabinet’s decision is anticipated as a final step.

Industry experts and officials view the potential studio as a significant boost to the regional film industry, aligning with the government’s vision of making Telangana a premier destination for film production. A decision is expected soon, potentially paving the way for one of Telangana’s largest private sector investments in the film industry.
