Arjun was taken into custody earlier in the day after the local court deemed the evidence sufficient to warrant further investigation. However, his legal team promptly filed an appeal in the High Court, arguing that he was not directly responsible for the mishap and had fully cooperated with the investigation.
In response, the High Court reviewed the appeal and decided to grant interim relief, stating that further inquiries would determine the extent of his involvement. The court has imposed specific conditions for his release, including cooperation with the authorities and refraining from influencing witnesses.
The case has drawn significant media attention, given Allu Arjun's high-profile status in the film industry. Fans have rallied around the actor, expressing support on social media. Meanwhile, authorities continue to investigate the incident to ensure accountability and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
Further hearings in the case are expected in the coming days.
