  • Farmley started a new campaign "healthy ko healthy rakhe"
  • Ad is inspired by 1975 cult classic "Deewar"
  • Dravid embodies our value: Aman Gupta

Farmley, a dry-fruits and nuts specialist has roped in Rahul Dravid for its campaign, “Healthy ko rakhe healthy”(Helps those who are healthy remain healthy).

Rahul Dravid is seen in an avatar similar to the Amitabh Bachchan cult-classic Deewar (Wall)that released in 1975. He can even be seen delivering a famous dialogue from the movie. Amiatbh Bachchan had said, “Aaj mere pass building hain, bank balance hain, property hain, bungalow hain, gaadi hai, tumhare pass kya hain (Today I have a building, bank balance, bungalow and a car, what do you have?).” Rahul dravid in the advertisement says, “Aaj inke pass badam hai, kismish hai, pista hai, walnut hai, anjeer hai, kaju hain, peri- peri makhana hai, tumhare pass kya hai, aur bhi hain kya? (Today they have cashews, badam, dry grapes, psta, walnut, figs and fox nuts, what do you have? Oh, they have more?)

“We feel that Rahul’s integrity, dependability, and trustworthiness, perfectly embody the values that Farmley stands for. Our ‘Healthy Ko Rakhe Healthy’ campaign is about sharing the importance of keeping the purity of dry fruits and nuts intact. While the first film talks about ‘No Kishmish Mein Mishmish, No Anjeer Mein Anjaan,’ the second film talks about our wide range of healthy snacking options that we have curated from our signature dry fruits. We are sure the audience would love seeing the coming together of two iconic worlds as Rahul is revealed in a never seen before avatar,” Aman Gupta, head of marketing at Farmely said in an interaction with The Economic Times.
