To recover dues, I-T department to auction Chandrasekhar’s luxurious cars like BMW M-5

Luxurious and sophisticated cars of conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, now lodged in a Delhi jail, will be auctioned as an endeavour to recover the taxes he owes to several institutions. 

Here are some the cars that will be up for grabs: 

BMW M-5, Range Rover, Jaguar XKR Coupe, Innova Crysta, Nissan Teana, Porsche, Toyota Fortuner, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, Toyota Prade and cruiser bike, Ducati Diavel. 

As per sources, the taxes that conman owes is a staggering ₹308.48 crore as of November 10 for the financial years 2012-2013 to 2018-2019. Sources further add that these beauties were in a good condition and drivers were hired to bring them to Bengaluru. 

The auction process will take place in Bengaluru on November 28. 

Additionally, reports also suggest that prospective buyers made a serpentine queue to have a look at these vehicles. After having a meticulous look at these vehicles, they also enquired about the bidding process.
