Bengaluru led India’s commercial real estate sector in H1 2024, with 12.2 million square feet of office leasing, as per a Cushman & Wakefield report. The city accounted for 30% of the country’s total leasing activity, dominating the office, flex office, and retail leasing markets.

Among the top office transactions in 2024, Table Space acquired a 5.5-lakh-square-foot property in Whitefield for ₹500 crore. The building, Kalyani Camellia, will be part of the brand’s Table Space Towers portfolio. JP Morgan Services India leased 5.6 lakh square feet in Embassy TechVillage at ₹4.47 crore per month for seven years.
ANZ Support Services extended its four-year lease on 6 lakh square feet at Embassy Manyata Business Park for ₹5.94 crore per month, while Amazon Development Centre renewed its lease for 6.76 lakh square feet at Constellation Business Park at ₹4.92 crore per month.
Lastly, Honeywell Technology Solutions renewed its lease for 5.9 lakh square feet in RMZ Ecoworld with a starting rent of ₹2.41 crore per month.
These deals highlight Bengaluru’s strong position in India’s office leasing market, reflecting both its global corporate appeal and robust demand in key office locations.
