In two unrelated but deeply saddening incidents in Hassan district, a young woman and a young man, both aged 19, lost their lives to sudden heart attacks.

In the first incident, Sandhya, a resident of Madivala Layout in Holenarasipura town, collapsed in the bathroom and was found unconscious by her family after she failed to return for a long time. Her parents, Venkatesh and Poornima, rushed her to the hospital, but doctors confirmed she had already passed away. Sandhya had completed her diploma studies and had reportedly been suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes for the past few years.

In the second incident, Abhishek KR, the son of Anasuya and Ramakrishna from Kadanur village in Arakalagudu taluk, passed away in Bengaluru. He was working as a cab driver in the city. While standing near Basaveshwar Nagar, he suddenly collapsed. Locals rushed him to the hospital, but he was declared dead upon arrival due to a heart attack. The news of his untimely death left his family in deep grief.

Both cases have shocked their communities and raised concern over the increasing number of young individuals facing serious health issues.
