In the comments, users speculated that Uber’s pricing algorithm could be responsible for the fare fluctuations. Some users noted that the app may increase prices based on frequent trips on certain routes, while others suggested that repeated use of the app might lead to lower rates, similar to how flight booking sites adjust prices based on browsing history. Despite the explanations, the mystery of differing Uber fares continues to spark curiosity and debate among users.
