In a riveting new film, Janhvi Kapoor steps into the role of Suhana Bhatia, India's youngest deputy high commissioner in the Indian Foreign Services.
The recently released trailer of "Ulajh" has captivated audiences with its intense portrayal of lies, betrayal, and political intrigue. Kapoor's character, Suhana, faces skepticism and accusations of nepotism. A pivotal moment in the trailer features Roshan Mathew's character dismissing her credentials by saying, “Surname ke ilaava iske paas aur hai kya? [What else does she have besides her surname?]”

The suspense escalates as a system leak is uncovered, leading to Suhana's abduction by Gulshan Devaiah's character, who demands crucial documents. The Indian embassy in London becomes a pressure cooker, with staff confined and suspicions mounting. Roshan's character and Meiyang Chang's character accuse Suhana of espionage and treason, intensifying the drama.
As the trailer unfolds, Suhana declares herself a scapegoat, vowing retribution with the powerful line, “Now, this goat will eat the lion.” The trailer, shared by Junglee Pictures on Instagram, teases, “Everyone has a story. Every story has secrets. Every secret is a trap. Iss Ulajh ko suljhana is not going to be easy.”

"Ulajh" set to release on August 2 boasts a stellar cast including Adil Hussain, Rajesh Tailang, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi. Directed by National Award-winner Sudhanshu Saria, known for "Knock, Knock, Knock," and produced by Vineet Jain and Amrita Pandey under Junglee Pictures.
