Vicky Kaushal addresses pregnancy rumours of wife Katrina Kaif at 'Bad Newz' trailer launch

At the trailer launch of his upcoming film Bad Newz, Vicky Kaushal addressed the swirling pregnancy rumours surrounding his wife, Katrina Kaif. The event, held in Mumbai, marked the unveiling of Bad Newz, a unique romantic comedy co-starring Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk.

As Vicky introduced the trailer, he was asked about the recent speculations regarding Katrina's pregnancy. These rumors gained traction after a video of the couple from London surfaced online. Addressing the query about when the audience might hear 'good news' from his personal life, Vicky humorously responded, “Abhi ke liye aap Bad Newz enjoy kar lo, jo hum la rahe hain. Jab uska (good news) time aayega, we won't be shying away from giving that news.”

During the event, Vicky also mentioned that the trailer of Bad Newz contains a reference to Katrina. He revealed that she had not seen the trailer yet and that he had only hinted to her about her mention, leaving her intrigued.

Bad Newz, directed by Anand Tiwari, who previously worked with Vicky on Love Per Square Foot, explores a rare medical phenomenon called heteropaternal superfecundation. This occurs when two separate eggs are fertilized in the same menstrual cycle by sperm from two different men. The film promises to deliver a fresh and intriguing take on romantic comedy.
