The much-anticipated Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, has finally hit theatres, receiving rave reviews on its opening day. Directed by Sukumar, the sequel continues the saga of Pushpa: The Rise and has already set the stage for the next installment, officially titled Pushpa: The Rampage.

Amid the excitement, an old tweet by actor Vijay Deverakonda from 2022 has reignited speculation about his potential involvement in the franchise. In the tweet, Vijay shared his enthusiasm for working with director Sukumar and intriguingly hinted at a three-part series for the Pushpa films. The actor wrote: “Happy Birthday @aryasukku sir – I wish you the best of health & happiness! Cannot wait to start the film with you, love and hugs ‘2021 – The Rise’ ‘2022 – The Rule’ ‘2023 – The Rampage.’"

The resurfaced post has fueled fan theories that Vijay might make an appearance in the third installment. Adding to the buzz, Vijay recently gifted Allu Arjun a custom jacket with “Rowdy Pushpa” inscribed on it. Arjun shared the gesture on Instagram, calling Vijay his “sweetest brother.”

Meanwhile, the confirmation of Pushpa 3 came indirectly when Oscar-winning sound designer Resul Pookutty shared—and swiftly deleted—a photo featuring a poster for Pushpa: The Rampage. With excitement at a fever pitch, fans eagerly await further updates on this blockbuster franchise.
