Virat Kohli continues his stellar form in the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL), leading Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) with consistent performances. The star batter has amassed 392 runs in nine matches, including five half-centuries, and is currently second in the Orange Cap race. While his cricketing achievements remain in the spotlight, Kohli and his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, are also making headlines for reportedly planning a move to London.

Following the birth of their son Akaay in February 2024, the couple has been frequently seen in London, fueling relocation rumors. Kohli’s childhood coach, Rajkumar Sharma, recently confirmed that the cricketer is preparing to shift to London along with Anushka and their two children, Vamika and Akaay. The primary reason cited is the desire to provide a more normal upbringing for their kids, away from constant public attention in India.
Further adding to the buzz, Dr. Sriram Nene, husband of Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit, shared that Anushka had expressed her wish to move abroad for a quieter family life. The high-profile couple, married since 2017, seeks a more private environment for their children’s growth, away from the intense media scrutiny they face in India.
Meanwhile, RCB are performing well this season, standing third on the points table with 12 points. They are set to face Delhi Capitals at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on April 27.
