Vishnu Manchu’s ‘Kannappa’ gears up for grand release with star-studded cast, watch teaser here

Actor Vishnu Manchu is pulling out all the stops for his upcoming devotional action drama, Kannappa, set to release on April 25, 2025. The film has generated immense buzz, thanks to its stellar cast, including Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal, and Kajal Aggarwal in pivotal roles.

The first teaser was unveiled at the Cannes Film Festival a few months ago, and now, the second teaser has been released, offering a fresh glimpse into the film’s grand scale. The latest footage showcases intense action, with Vishnu’s character battling an enemy mob in his signature style. While the initial teaser presented him as a devoted follower of Lord Vishnu, the new one hints at his transformation from atheism to unwavering faith in Lord Shiva.

Vishnu impresses with his warrior-like presence, strong screen presence, and powerful dialogue delivery. Akshay Kumar, portraying Lord Shiva, captivates with his divine look and expressive performance, marking his second time in the role after Oh My God 2. Kajal Aggarwal shines as Goddess Parvati, while Prabhas makes a striking cameo as a sage, leaving fans eager for more.

Directed by Mahabharat fame Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa is being produced by Mohan Babu under 24 Frames Factory. The film also stars Preity Mukundhan as the lead actress, promising an epic cinematic experience.
