What does Director Hemanth Rao have to say about the ending of Sapta Sagaradaache Side-B?

The second part of Sapta Sagaradaache Ello released on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. The intense tale of love left the audience in tears.

Towards the ending the protagonist of the film, severely wounded by bullets hears the voice of his beloved and walks towards a door that leads to a seashore wherein she can be heard singing. The audience are busy figuring out the symbolism of the sequence. Director Hemanth Rao has provided a clue in this regard. Responding to a fan who spotted the reference to the last male Kauai O’o bird yearning for a female bird, Hemanth said, “Wow!!! I can't believe someone picked up on this. Only one other person till now has identified the sound, Gautham from Charan's music team. I had read about these group of scientists who went around capturing the last sounds of animals going extinct. I was incredibly moved when I heard the male kauai bird song. I  knew instantly I'd be using it for this sequence,” on the microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter).
