What does postmortem reveal about death of CEO Suchana Seth's son Chinmay?

The dead body of Chinmay Seth whose body was found in a bag during a search of Bengaluru-based CEO and founder of the Mindful AI Lab, Suchana Seth conducted by the Aimangala Police, was handed over to his father Venkat Raman after a post-mortem was conducted. 

The post mortem was conducted in the Hiriyur Taluk hospital in the Chitradurga district. Dr Kumar Nayak who conducted the postmortem stated that a cloth was used to squeeze the neck of Chinmay. He speculated that a ribbon could have been used for the murder. “This cannot be done with bare hands. Certain external objects were used. There are no wounds on the body. It has been more than 36 hours since the murder was committed. Only Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) officials can map the exact time of death,” he said. 

The final rites of Chinmay will take place in a cremation ground located in the Rajaji Nagar region of Bengaluru. Family members of Venkat Raman will attend the event. 

Reports have suggested that Suchana Seth was only attempting to render Chinmay unconscious so that his meeting with Venkat Raman could be cancelled and the death was not anticipated. The blood stains in the Servie Apartment have been linked to an attempted suicide by Suchana.
