As per reports, Dravid’s car was struck from behind by a goods auto while stuck in traffic near the Indian Express Junction. Though it remains unclear whether Dravid himself was driving, the video captured him arguing with the driver in Kannada. Snippets of their conversation suggest that brakes were a point of discussion.
The incident occurred around 6:30 PM, with sources stating that Dravid took down the driver’s contact details and vehicle registration number before leaving. No injuries were reported, and no police complaint has been filed regarding the matter.
Dravid, 52, is widely regarded as one of India’s greatest cricketers, having scored over 24,000 international runs. He also served as India's head coach until the end of the 2023 World Cup. While known for his calm demeanor, this rare public display of frustration has drawn significant attention online. Further details on the incident are awaited.
