Months after his admission, the doctor revealed the dire diagnosis that he was suffering from kidney failure. Under the care of Victoria Hospital’s Nephro Urology Insitute, initial reassurances turned to despair as doctors informed them of kidney failure requiring urgent operation. Urgency gripped the situation, leading to the mother's courageous kidney donation. Tragically, the kidney operation failed, and Pawan passed away, leaving his family reeling from the loss and questioning the hospital's competence.

Yet, amidst their grief, the family levelled serious allegations of glaring medical negligence and impropriety against the hospital and its doctors. The grieving mother, shattered by the loss of her son and her kidney, struggles to comprehend the injustice.
