A fatal road rage incident in Bengaluru on Wednesday night claimed the life of a biker, following a high-speed chase and collision in the Vidyaranyapura area.

According to police, the tragic event unfolded after an argument between the biker and the driver of a car escalated. The altercation took a deadly turn when the car allegedly pursued the biker, eventually ramming into his motorcycle from behind.

CCTV footage from the scene reveals the car tailing the motorcycle at high speed through a city street before the collision occurred. The impact left the biker severely injured, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.

In response to the incident, Bengaluru police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) and arrested two individuals involved. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident comes amid rising concerns over road rage in Bengaluru. Just days earlier, another road rage episode made headlines when a furious biker attacked a couple’s car after they reportedly took a left turn without signaling.

The biker’s aggressive actions, including smashing the car’s windscreen with a wiper, were captured on video and widely shared on social media. The Bengaluru City police have since arrested the biker and are continuing their investigation into that case.
