In a shocking incident reported from Sai Layout in Doddanaagamangala, Bengaluru, a woman was allegedly gang-raped at her friend’s residence. The incident, which occurred three days ago, came to light late and falls under the jurisdiction of the Parappana Agrahara Police Station.

According to the police, the woman was staying at her male friend’s house when two accused individuals forcibly entered the premises. Threatening to report her to the police, they allegedly sexually assaulted her. After the assault, the suspects demanded money from the victim and coerced her into transferring funds from her friend’s bank account.

It has been alleged that the accused used the money to deposit funds into a betting app account. The ordeal didn’t stop there — they also reportedly stole both the victim's and her friend’s mobile phones. Additionally, they carried away household appliances including a refrigerator and a washing machine, claiming it was to repay a loan.

A case has been registered at the Parappana Agrahara Police Station. Based on CCTV footage from the area, police have detained three suspects and are continuing the investigation. Authorities are verifying digital and bank transaction records linked to the incident.
