Despite the clear evidence, police have confirmed that no formal complaint has yet been lodged by the victim. However, officials stated they are treating the case seriously and are prepared to initiate action even without a complaint. Authorities said they will proceed with filing a First Information Report (FIR) based on the video and eyewitness accounts if the survivor chooses not to come forward.

Law enforcement officers are currently reviewing CCTV footage from nearby areas in an attempt to identify the perpetrator. Further investigations are underway.

The incident has reignited concerns over women's safety in public spaces, with citizens urging authorities to take swift and stern action against the accused.
