The Multiplex Association of India (MAI) has announced this special deal, allowing cinephiles to enjoy films at a discounted price in celebration of the global event.

On September 20, moviegoers can choose from a wide selection of films, screening on over 4,000 screens nationwide, including top chains like PVR Inox, Cinepolis, Meeraj, Movie Time, and Delight. The third edition of World Cinema Day, following the successful National Cinema Day, is expected to draw huge crowds. The previous two editions saw more than 6 million attendees, highlighting India's love for cinema.

The MAI has invited audiences of all ages to partake in this one-day celebration of films, acknowledging their crucial role in the success of several blockbusters this year.

Viewers will have an exciting lineup of movies to choose from, including Yudhra, Kahan Shuru Kahan Khatam, Navra Maza Navsacha-2, Sucha Soorma, and Transformers One. Recent releases such as The Buckingham Murders and Ardar's Sarbat De Bhale are also on the list. Additionally, popular classics like Veer Zaara and Tumbad are returning to the big screen for the occasion.
