Surya revealed that train manufacturer Titagarh Rail Systems has expedited production following extensive follow-ups and problem-solving efforts, including resolving issues related to visas for engineers. A dedicated manufacturing line was established for the project, resulting in the first train being ready for dispatch to Bengaluru on January 6. Subsequent deliveries are scheduled for late January or early February, April, and monthly thereafter, with an increase to two trains per month by September.

To prevent further operational delays, Surya emphasized the importance of BMRCL obtaining necessary Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety (CMRS) approvals concurrently. He has also requested the Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs to inspect the manufacturing facility in Kolkata on January 6 during the train dispatch.

Acknowledging public frustration, Surya expressed his commitment to overcoming the setbacks and ensuring the Yellow Line's early operation. He assured citizens that the line's commencement is a top priority and pledged to provide further insights into the causes of delays at a later date.

The MP concluded with optimism, promising that the Yellow Line would soon begin operations.
