According to the email, the company had conducted an internal survey aimed at assessing employee stress levels. After reviewing the results, YesMadam’s HR manager informed the employees that those who reported “major stress” would be let go as part of the company’s decision to part ways with them.

The move has drawn heavy criticism from social media users, with many condemning the company's approach to handling employee well-being. Critics argue that the company’s decision raises concerns about workplace culture and its disregard for employee mental health.

As the email continues to circulate, many are questioning the ethics of firing employees who voiced their struggles with workload and stress. YesMadam has yet to release an official statement regarding the incident.

The backlash has sparked a wider conversation about employee welfare and the importance of supporting workers' mental health, especially in high-pressure environments.
