June 16th marks the celebration of Father’s Day

Darshan's police custody has been extended by 5 days

The relationship between a father and his son remains special immaterial of the circumstances that surround the people involved. It is the wish of every child to extensively spend time with his or her father. June 16th marks the celebration of Father’s Day across the globe. The son of Sandalwood actor Darshan also referred to as the Challenging Star Vinish fondly recollected memories with him on this occasion. He shared a post on the social media platform Instagram. 

It is however tragic that on this occasion, Darshan is under police custody over alleged involvement in the murder of Chitradurga-based Renukaswamy. This has caused distress to Vinish. Vinish shared photos featuring Darshan, his wife Vijayalakshmi and himself. “Happy Father’s day Appa I miss you and I love you You are forever my hero (sic),” a caption in Vinish’s post along with the photos mentioned.

On the legal side of things, Darshan is stuck in a precarious condition. Darshan and the other suspects in the case were presented before a court on 15th June. Their police custody has been extended by a period of 5 days. The police appear to be confident of presenting a very strong case inlight of the evidence that they have collected.
