A youngster has alleged that he was on the receiving end of police brutality through a video on the social media platform Instagram. The video has become rather viral. 

Prithviraj hailing from the Gandhinagar region of the Challakere city in Karnataka claimed that police officials did not register his mother’s complaints. Prithviraj stated that the police snatched his phone as well. “Police officials stamped me. The live videos which I had broadcast were deleted. I was assaulted and verbally abused in front of my mother. Does the uniform give them the right to say what they please? Consider the fact that deleted videos can be stored elsewhere,” Prithviraj said.

Prithviraj affirmed that he would reach the S.P’s office for justice. He asserted that he would also approach the D.C over the issue. He threatened to terrorise Bengaluru if he wasn’t heard. “I have worked in the electrical department of IISc and Bengaluru Metro for 9 years. I know how DRDO, ISRO and the Army Camp get their power.  I can blast any place and turn it into ashes. If you want to file a criminal case against me, you can proceed accordingly. Give me a cell next to Darshan if it comes down to that,” Prithviraj added.
