Zee Entertainment unveils new show about the struggle of a middle class family

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited is always in the news. They have prioritised innovative storylines. Lakshmi Nivasa which showcases the story of a middle class family is their upcoming venture. 

This family has aspirations to purchase a house for themselves. The first of their daughters is married. To get the other 2 daughters married is also an aspiration of this family. With the much revered “Gattimela” coming to an end, “Lakshmi Nivasa” will occupy the slot of 8 PM that was left vacant. 

The reason for the excitement around the show is that renowned actress Shwetha will play the titular character of Lakshmi and would mark her entry into the domain of TV serials. Disha Madan who was famous for her role as Vachana in Color TV’s ‘Kulvaddhu” will mark her return to the TV screen after a break as one of the daughter’s in this series. Chandana Ananthakrishna and Laxmi will play the other daughters. The ensemble cast also consists of other renowned actors such as Ajay Raj and Madhaya Hegde.

The show will commence on January 16th. The pressure on the showmakers will be quite high as Gattimela had managed to top the Television Rating Point (TRP) charts even 3-4 hours into its screening.
