Darshan accused of assaulting Renukaswamy, a medical store worker

Renukaswamy had sent lewd messages to Pavitra Gowda

The accused are now in police custody

In an exclusive chat with NewsFirst Prime, Sahana, wife of deceased Renukacharya, who was assaulted by actor Darshan and his accomplices, poured out her woes after receiving her hubby’s corpse. 

She is 5 months pregnant and is inconsolable.

She said, “It should not have happened like this. The attackers Darshan and his accomplices should be punished. My hubby has been killed barbarically. I last spoke to him last week. We waited for him to return, but only his corpse returned.” 

On the issue of being called by Darshan, she said, “He had not spoken to me anything about the threat. I got to know about it only through TV.”

The most poignant statement came from her when she pointed out a woman can become so cruel against another woman.  

“I don’t even know how to deal with the situation. She being a woman, how can she trouble another woman? She should be punished appropriately. That is when my husband’s soul will rest in peace.”

Renukawamy was a pharmacy worker who allegedly sent lewd messages to Pavitra Gowda on social media. It is said he questioned her alleged interference in Darshan’s marital life and asked her to remain aloof. They have been sent to police custody for 6 days now.
