A video of B.Tech Pani Puri Wali, Tapsi Upadhyaya, a 22-year-old entrepreneur has captured everyone’s attention. Her Pani Puri cart is towed with the help of a Mahindra Thar. Tapsi would use a scooty and a bullet bike to tow her cart prior to getting a Mahindra Thar. The puri used by Tapsi isn’t fried in oil but air. Jaggery is used for the pani. Auro Mineral water and Himalayan Rock salt is used for the water. The use of red chilli is avoided. “I have been able to reach this height because of people’s support. Constant effort for 1000s of days has gone into achieving this,” Tanvi claimed. Tanvi’s style is as attractive as her Pani Puri.

The video came to the attention of the Chairman of the Mahindra Group Anand Mahindra. He used this as an opportunity to prove the importance of off-road vehicles. “What are off-road vehicles meant to do? Help  people go places they haven’t been able to before..Help people explore the impossible..And in particular we want OUR cars to help people Rise & live their dreams..Now you know why I love this video,” Ananad remarked on the microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter).
