Youngster in Bellary was questioned for a period of 90 minutes

One individual from Bengaluru and another youngster from Bellary are being questioned over suspicion of providing assistance to the suspect in the Rameshwaram Cafe Blast that took place on March 1st in Bengaluru. Their interrogation is currently underway. 

Crucial information regarding the incident came to the light of the officials investigating the case. Based on evidence that the suspect was assisted, an individual was apprehended in Bengaluru. The suspect had met the apprehended individual near Bellandur. The NIA investigations cast light on this meeting. 

The youngster in Bellary was questioned for a period of 90 minutes before being let off. 

In consultation with the owner of the cafe, the state government has ensured the reopening of the cafe on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar and Home Minister G Parameshwar will attend the reopening. Until now, investigations by the police were underway.
