A couple from Kodagu had left their suitcase

An alert constable was looking at them

He promptly returned it to them

When a couple from Kodagu Praveen and Bhavani alighted at a bus stop in Koramangala this morning, they left behind a suitcase and continued their journey.

However, an alert police constable HC Mallikarjun got to know of it. But before he could reach them, they had travelled a sufficient distance. So, he opened the suitcase and found gold jewels in it.  Fortunately, he found a book that had the number of a relative (Somu) of the couple. He immediately called him up to inform about how the couple had forgotten to take the suitcase along with them. Somu, in turn informed Praveen about it, who rushed to meet the constable and collected his suitcase. They profusely thanked the constable and are indebted to him for his honesty and integrity.

On the other hand, senior cops are all praise for the constable and his sincerity in helping the deserving get back their possession.
