The two-wheeler bears the number KA-05-KF-7969

The worth of the two-wheeler is around Rs 20,000

It may sound strange, but a rider, Venkataraman, of a two-wheeler (Honda Activa) in Bengaluru is facing as many as 300 cases of traffic violations against him!

The two-wheeler bears the number KA-05-KF-7969. The owner owes a collective fine of Rs 3. 20 lakh. But he was a lot evasive and had become a big headache for the traffic cops.

But persevering Bengaluru cops did not give up. Using relevant techniques, they traced his house address and sought to collect the fine.

Interestingly, when the cops approached him, he confessed that the fine was too humongous to pay. Therefore, he offered to sell his two-wheeler, the worth of which is not beyond Rs 30,000. However, even after his confession, the police did not pay heed to his request. They have asked him to cough up the fine.

Interestingly, in a similar case, as many as 241 cases had been booked against a two-wheeler owner Manjunath in Bengaluru earlier. He had been booked for violating several traffic rules like jumping signals, helmetless driving among others. His collective fine stood at ₹1,25,500.

The bike he owns is worth Rs 30,000!

He had been found breaking traffic rules in areas like Koramangala, Wipro Park, Aishwarya Junction, HAL Old Airport road, Rajajinagar, among other areas.
