Hema reportedly told CCB that her phone was out of charge

The rave party held near Electronic City in Bengaluru led to the arrest of many individuals. Actors and political figures from Andhra Pradesh are believed to have been part of this event. Among them, the most talked about person was actress Hema. There were multiple reports that she was present for the event. 

She was however later issued a video to clarify that she isn’t related to the party and the subsequent arrests. “I am having a good time in my farmhouse. I am chilling. I am in Hyderabad. The news circulating about me is fake. I have no knowledge about what transpired in the farmhouse. Please do not believe any reports,” she said.

The Central Crime Branch(CCB) is believed to have been irked by this. In fact, the video was supposedly taken in the very same farmhouse that was subjected to a raid. Hema apparently made an excuse of her phone having run out of charge and shot the video without falling into their radar. The police confronted her over this when it came to their knowledge. The video was subsequently deleted. The police also subsequently released photos of Hema in the party to establish her presence.
