Suspect supposedly changed buses 10-15 times

Suspect would change his clothes at regular intervals

    Suspect purchased daily passes

New information has come to light with regard to the person who planted the bomb that exploded in the Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru on March 1st. There has been a development in tracing the escape plan of the suspect in the case.

The suspect has used Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) buses to make the process of tracing him harder. It is being reported that the suspect would change his clothes at regular intervals to add to the police’s woes.

He had been to the street wherein the cafe was located on several occasions. He supposedly changed buses 10-15 times before arriving at Rameshwaram cafe. The bus in which he got down near the cafe had a registration number of KA-57-F-4517. It is suspected that he had examined each bus stop thoroughly before embarking on this trip. He would get down when 3-4 buses would arrive at once at a stop, make his observations and get onto another bus.

He had worn a mask and a cap to make identification difficult. He purchased daily passes to avoid interactions with bus conductors.

His path covered Rameshwaram Cafe, Kundalahalli Colony and ITPL. He is suspected to have changed his shirt twice. The police officials have collected footage from BMTC buses.
