A luxury spa in Bengaluru has come under the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. The spa was reportedly providing a cover for illegal activities. A raid was conducted on this outlet. 

The Yelahanka New Town police that falls under the north east division of the Bengaluru police conducted raids on the Rora Luxury Thai Spa. The spa allegedly indulged in prostitution using massaging services as a front. Women from Thailand were used for this purpose. They were brought in through tourist visas and business visas. On the basis of accurate information relayed to the police, the raid was conducted. The recipient of this information was the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of the Northeast division Bhimashankar S Guled. 3 individuals have been arrested. 2 of them have been identified as Anjaneya Gowda and Harish. 7 women were rescued during the raids. A case has been registered in the Yelahanka New Town Police Station.
