Suspect Minaj currently facing interrogation by NIA

Minaj is believed to be chief of ISIS module in Bellary

Minaj transitioned to ISIS after the ban on PFI

The suspect in the Bengaluru Rameshwaram Cafe bomb blast case, Minaj, hailing from Bellary, is currently facing intense interrogation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). Minaj, also known as Suleiman, is believed to be the chief of the ISIS module in Bellary.

Minaj had a history of vandalism across the country, but his plans were thwarted by an NIA raid. During the investigation, connections with terrorist modules in Mumbai, Delhi, Jharkhand, and Pune were uncovered, including the ISIS module. Minaj, who was previously associated with the PFI, transitioned to ISIS after the ban on PFI. He allegedly recruited and radicalized youths for ISIS, earning him the title of Bellary Module President in ISIS at just 26 years old.

Under Minaj’s influence, innocent Muslim youths were targeted and indoctrinated with extremist ideologies, leading to acts of violence. Suspect Sulaiman, who joined ISIS and received funding, is believed to have used the money to radicalize and recruit youths. The NIA suspects that one of Minaj’s accomplices is involved in the Bengaluru blast.

The NIA has released a video of the suspect changing his appearance at the Bellary bus stand, wearing a T-shirt instead of a shirt and removing his cap. They urge anyone with information to come forward. The suspect’s family is financially well-off, and he is believed to have strong ties to terrorist activities.
