The murder of an auto driver in Byatarayanapura has shocked the entire city of Bengaluru. The murder unfolded in the pitch darkness of midnight. The police have arrested 18 individuals pertaining to this case and truth unravelled during the investigations. The details of the case are spine chilling. 

The accused were partying in a graveyard. They received a message on their phone during this time. A murder unfolded within the next minute. The victim has been identified as Arun. 

Arun was repeatedly stabbed to death. It all started with a fight in a bar. Arun was embroiled in a brawl in a bar in Cottonpet. Those involved in the brawl asked Arun to keep an eye on Hitesh when he revealed to have known him. Hitesh made enquiries about Arun with his wife as well. Arun was angered by Arun’s surveillance of him. 

Hitesh then got in touch with Prashanth who too was involved in a conflict with Arun who named him in a murder case although Prashanth claimed to be unrelated to that incident. 

People in the area were informed to relay information about Arun’s whereabouts to Hitesh and Prashanth. Upon receiving the message around 7-8 people gathered knives from a temple and killed Arun. 

The gravity of the ase has called for the intervention of the Assistant Commissioner of Police.
