While we use a car to travel and reach destinations on time, here’s a story that will leave you in shock. A couple were found having sex on the rear seat of their car at a park in Bengaluru. A sub-inspector belonging to the Gnanabharathi Police Station questioned them, on catching them unawares.

Irked at the sub-inspector questioning them, one of the couple even drove the car over the policeman and fled. The incident took place on Jan 20 and the sub-inspector in question is Mahesh. He sustained grevious injuries and is taking treatment in a hospital. An FIR has been lodged and a manhunt for the accused has been lodged. Apart from questioning them, Mahesh also wanted to counsel them against indulging in such carnal activities. As Mahesh checked the number plate, he came under the wheels. It is essentially a hit-and-run case.

As per the Indian Penal Code, it is an offence to indulge in any obscene act in a public place. The crime comes under section 294 and is punishable up to 3 months in jail and fine.
