Woman's family have a police complaint

Manoj is a prisoner. And even as he spends time in prison, he has allegedly sent a nude photo of a woman, blackmailing her. Last August, Manoj and his team had sent the nude photo of the woman to her mother, threatened  her of sending it to her son-in-law and fleeced her of Rs 40,000. 

But on February 9, it is said Manoj revived the threat and sought Rs 5 lakh from her, on the same grounds that he would reveal it to the brother-in-law. And on February 12, it is said further that he called her up from the jail itself. 

On the other hand, the family of the woman has alleged that the nude photo he is talking of is a morphed one. They have even filed a complaint with the Yelahanka New Town police. 

A case has been registered under Information Technology Act, IPC sections 34 and 384. It is also learnt that the police have sought Manoj’s body warrant.
