Seegehalli near Tavarakere area, located around 25 kilometers away from Bengaluru suffers from a dearth of adequate transportation connectivity, leaving school children from this area harder to navigate their way to school daily.

A girl, named Harshini, deeply affected by this plight, penned a heartfelt letter to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, requesting him to provide bus connectivity to their area.

Harshini, a student in the 8th grade from this area finds herself yearning for education amidst the absence of reliable transport. Her appeal reaches beyond personal anguish, reaching out to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and BMTC MD Ramachandran, urging them to address the plight of numerous children facing similar problems.

Seegehalli area lacks a comprehensive BMTC bus network, leaving nearby areas like Vanaganahatti, Channenahalli and Jattipalya disconnected.

In her letter, Harshini articulates the shared distress of students traversing long distances to reach their educational institutions, estimating that around 40-50 children undergo this ordeal daily across various parts of  the area.

The matter has garnered attention from the Transport Minister, raising hopes that Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy will undertake decisive action in response to their plea. Now, the community waits in anticipation, hopeful for a resolution to their transportation woes.
