At this crucial juncture, Anand Mahindra who is the chairman of Mahindra Group put out a video on X in relation to better water management. A long pipe has been embedded to the AC unit and a tap fixed underneath the pipe. As the water collects in the pipe, people can turn on the tap and use it for different purposes.

The water shortage crisis

As temperatures soar and water levels plummet, Bengalureans are left in the lurch. Many companies have urged its employees to work from home or go back to their natives and return only when the situation improves. In other instances of the mess, many people are using loos in malls and ordering food online as water is unavailable to cook.

On the other hand many hotels are planning to serve dishes in paper plates to avoid water usage.
