As part of this initiative, Wipro has inaugurated a 60,000-square-foot Innovation Lab at its Kodathi campus in Bengaluru. The lab will function as a hands-on space where clients can explore, prototype, and scale emerging technologies for commercial deployment.
The Innovation Network will focus on five core areas: agentic AI, robotics integrated with embodied AI, quantum computing, distributed ledger technology, and cybersecurity that is resistant to quantum threats. It will unify components of Wipro’s existing innovation framework, including its venture capital arm Wipro Ventures, global Innovation Labs, the Topcoder crowdsourcing platform, and academic collaborations.
Through this network, clients will gain access to Wipro’s worldwide technology assets and collaborative environments to develop transformative solutions. The company’s Innovation Labs already support demonstrations and prototyping in domains such as AI-driven manufacturing, quantum computing for pharmaceutical research, cloud-based automotive systems, and next-generation software engineering.
This global initiative underscores Wipro’s commitment to building a connected ecosystem that accelerates the practical application of disruptive technologies across industries.
