Dalal, who concluded a 20-year tenure at Wipro in various roles, resigned from the company and assumed the position of CFO at Cognizant on December 1, contributing to the recent series of high-profile departures from Wipro.

In response to the legal action, Jatin Dalal has requested the matter related to Wipro to be referred to arbitration.
