Bengaluru: Woman upset by husband’s extramarital affair commits suicide on live video

In a shocking incident, a woman committed suicide due to distress caused by the extra-marital affairs of her husband. The incident occurred in Andrahalli which lies in the Byadarahalli region of Bengaluru. The woman committed suicide while broadcasting a live session on a social media platform. Manasa hung herself from a fan in the house. 

The deceased individual has been identified as 25-year-old Manasa. Manasa was married to Dileep for over 6 years. The couple have a 5-year-old daughter. Reports indicate that Dileep was in contact with another woman for over 18 months. This also supposedly led to many heated arguments between Dileep and Manasa.  Manasa committed suicide during a live video which was shot at Dileep’s residence.

The relatives of Manasa have expressed their anger against Dileep and his family members. They have alleged that Manasa’s suicide was caused on account of harrasment by Dileep. Mansa's father stated that Dileep had incurred several debts and harassed Manasa to apply pressure on him to help settle the loans. There was a clash between the families right outside the Police Station. The woman’s body was shifted to the Victoria Hospital. A case has been registered in the Byadarahalli Police Station.
